In a Container'Shell

1. Solar Panels: Capturing Solar Power
The Photovoltaic Cells convert sunlight directly into electricity (in the form of Direct Current (DC) power). However, most homes and the utility grid use Alternating Current (AC) power.

2. Inverter: Converting DC to AC
To make the DC power usable for home appliances, an inverter convert it to AC power. On an off-grid system, it may be used to charge batteries or directly power appliances.

3. Battery Energy Storage System (BESS)
The BESS is designed to store excess electricity generated by the solar panels. This stored energy can be used when solar generation is low or non-existent, such as during the night or on cloudy days.

4. Battery Management System (BMS)
The BESS includes a Battery Management System (BMS), which ensures that the batteries are charged and discharged optimally, prolonging their life and maintaining system efficiency.

When the solar panels are not generating power (e.g., at night), the BMS allows the stored energy to be converted back to AC via the inverter to power your home.
